Dianne Abbott is a Stupid Black Woman! - 2

I had to rush my first piece on this woman and as a result, I missed out on critiquing the article she wrote in the London’s Evening Standard of Wednesday, 17th of May 2006. It still suprises me how low this woman is and how obviously unaware of her crimes she is. The woman I speak about is of course Miss Jamaica herself - Dianne Abbott. I will give her a Fields Medal for choosing very appropriate titles for her articles - “Black Unity is important, So is Honesty“. She opens by saying…

“AT THE state opening of Parliament in 1987, my fellow newly elected MP, the late Bernie Grant, caused a sensation by turning up in elaborate African robes - even though he came from Guyana, where all the men wear trousers.”

Please fellow sensible Nigerians reading this, tell me you see what I see in this ridiculous statement. Apparently some Nigerians I have discussed this with failed to see how horrendous almost everything this woman writes seems to be. The late Bernie Grant symbolically chose African clothes because he is a Black Man and if she [Dianne] had any common sense it would have been obvious to her that for black people it all started in Africa - be you from Guyana or not. My brain momentarily froze solid when I read her qualifier “even though he came from Guyana“. Someone once said that the so-called “Common Sense” is not common at all. If it was we would all be geniuses - I agree now. So uncommon in fact that Abbott can be allowed to say this…

“But like me, he took black solidarity for granted.”

What does such a mentally-scared-from-slavery woman know about Black Solidarity? If she goes round promulgating Jamaica’s superiority to Nigeria, doesn’t that adequately rest the case? Then the bombastic moron proves me right…

“That was why I was taken aback by the fuss here over a recent piece I wrote about Nigeria in a Jamaican newspaper.”

Funny enough I have always said that a University Degree does not make one clever neither does it indicate intelligence. Dianne is believe it or not a Cambridge graduate! Both her writing and the sense conveyed by her writing are so third-rate that if she was my daughter I would claim a refund from Cambridge - they gave her a degree but failed to instil in her common sense. She does not surprise me by not knowing what the fuss is all about. I expect it to sail over her head.

Although I was anxious not to cause offence, I mentioned Nigeria’s pervasive corruption and the tragedy of the Niger Delta, ravaged by pollution. The article enraged many Nigerians - partly because it touched on the raw nerve of African and Caribbean relations in this country.

You see, maybe she tries to do the right thing but obviously it is something beyond her reach. She actually did not want to offend but goes ahead and does it anyway. Then afterwards she concludes that it enraged many Nigerians because it touched a raw nerve of African and Caribbean relations in this country. I personally was offended because she is making out as if Jamaica is some milk and honey holiday island. That is not what I have heard about Kingston - Jamaica. Anyway,

“For London’s black community has changed. When I came of age politically, in the 1970s, it was predominantly Caribbean, with a small number of West Africans. Now Africans have overtaken the Caribbeans in numbers. And in my constituency in Hackney I have people from Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Eritrea, Somalia and the Congo.”

Yes, London’s black community has changed and she should bear that in mind next time she decides to take the piss out of Nigeria. She tells us she came of age politically in the 1970’s, shame she still hasn’t come of age intellectually. To prove my point beyond all reasonable doubt, please read with me…

“As a child growing up in the tight-knit Jamaican community, I was taught as an article of faith that people from Jamaica were better than any other country in the Caribbean (whom my parents referred to as “small islanders”) and that Caribbean people were infinitely superior to Africans, who lived in mud huts and did not know how to comb their hair.”

I grew up in Nigeria and yes I heard many bedtime stories too. It only takes one to grow up to out-grow all those funny stories and start looking at people and life objectively. This obviously not what her tight-knit Jamaican community failed to instil in her. I shouldn’t be surprised really that she has turned out to be such a big black monster! As I mentioned earlier this prat is Cambridge-Educated and is a Member of Parliament in this country. Now with all her on-paper education and in-house experience, she shares with us these shameful, silly, and stupid, playground stories one expects from average illiterate in Jamaica or Nigeria.

“Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, African children were being taught how superior they were to Caribbean people, who had been stupid enough to get sold into slavery and were all thieves anyway.”

Where the hell does this bitch get her stories? I can swear that in Nigeria - and in other parts of Africa, no such stupid stories are in circulation. Africans have other things to worry about than generate filth about slaves and slavery. The only stories we heard about Jamaica was about their famous Rastafarians. She stupidly tells the whole world what nonsense she was taught as a child growing up in the “tight-knit Jamaica community”. Talking about us [Africans] living in mud huts and not knowing how to comb our hair while many television stations the world over have made documentaries on Jamaica’s Rastafarians. Rastafarians are well known for marijuana smoking and dreadlocks. If I were of Jamaican origin, I would not mention other people not knowing how to comb their hair! In fact I can honestly say that what this moron [Dianne] is saying about what African children are taught is nothing but what she and other Jamaican supremists assume we are being taught. Then she says…

“On the cold grey streets of London these two sets of prejudices collided. In the first generation they were partially suppressed: our numbers were too tiny and our situation too perilous for division. And today, on the street, young people in Hackney share a common black youth culture wherever their parents came from. But in recent years some of the silly myths and antagonism have resurfaced.”

Utter nonsense. It is morons like Dianne that are agents of this invented animosity. As long as she can talk then she will be spreading such venom. They didn’t just resurface. By writing such claptrap, she creates it.

“Yet I have always believed that more things unite black people from the Caribbean and Africa than divide us. Many things, from a liking for hot pepper to our colonial history, reveal us to be one people. I am not going to stop writing about Nigeria: if black people cannot honestly discuss corruption in Africa, who can?”

Black people should unite at all costs. That’s what I say. Thanks to people like Dianne, it is almost impossible! I am surprised she comes up with this one-people nonsense. Well as I said - she is stupid. She says she will not stop writing about Nigeria and then drops all black people in it by saying that if black people cannot honestly discuss corruption in Africa, who can? Of all black people on this planet capable of discussing Africa’s problems, opinions from nutjobs like Dianne are definitely not needed. She needs a shrink more than anything else. She has proven herself to be the lowest of the low in the black race and I say this to her, “Dianne, I hope you never ever again set foot in Africa. You are not welcome - especially in NIGERIA!”

Dianne Abbott is a [Very] Stupid Black Woman!

It should be obvious to everybody that in every sphere, present amongst the crowd are those that can at best be described as stupid, disgraceful and figuratively - blind. To take offence each time “such one” acts or voices an opinion is equally stupid and simply a wasted expenditure of emotional energy. However there are exceptions - and quite rightfully so. How one decides criteria for taking offence is entirely up to one but for me people like Dianne Abbott rank very highly on my offence hit-list. Anybody that combines stupidity with occupying a position of power or influence makes it to the top end of this list. However additional qualifying attributes exist.

They are being

  • Nigerian
  • African and
  • Black

Hence my attack on Dianne Abbott. She occupies a position of influence, is black and yes - she is stupid. For any black person to trade-off any black nation against another has committed the greatest crime. She has just declared Nigeria as Jamaica’s enemy numero uno.

I first heard of Dianne Abbott’s attack on Nigeria on Sunday 21st of May 06, via a programme on the BBC. I thought nothing of it until I read the article she wrote in the Jamaican Observer and the one she wrote in her defence in the Evening Standard later on. Absolutely shocking! For a black person with such a crass mentality to have made it into the houses of parliament in this country is a tragedy for us [black people] all. I must say, as I love politics, I never rated her as interesting, inspiring or aspiring in any way, shape or form. She always came across as a politician doing and saying what is expected of the average stereotypical black person - nothing special and definitely nothing new whatsoever. We all remember her famous “blonde and blue eye” rant. What really tipped the balance for me is her continued insistence - when attacked about the article - that she doesn’t know what the fuss is all about. As I said earlier - Crass.

In the Jamaican Observer, 9th April 2006, she wrote an article - “Think Jamaica is bad? Try Nigeria” - [see link http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/columns/html/20060408t160000-0500_102286_obs_think_jamaica_is_bad__try_nigeria_.asp] When I first saw the title, I thought some Nigerian had said something vile about Jamaica and she wrote the article in response. The tittle screams of such. Little did I know that that article came about after she visited the country [Nigeria] and armed herself with ammunition to silence Jamaica’s bashers. I believe in the saying “By any means necessary” but definitely not at anybody else’s expense - if they are not directly involved anyway. What she said about Nigeria is by all means unfair, unnecessary and uncalled for. Nigeria does in no way deserve such negative attention when her main ambition was to make Jamaica look good. If it were a case of her chronicling her observations on Nigeria, I would not have had a problem. But for that sad excuse of a Black British MP to say all those things about Nigeria - the most populous black country - in response to a debate going on about Jamaica’s [another black country] future says all there is to say about that woman.

As Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller takes the helm of the nation, there has been intensified debate about the state of Jamaica. And some Jamaicans are very gloomy about the current plight of the country.”

Above is her opening line. What the in heaven has an internal debate about the future of Jamaica got to do with Nigeria? Anybody telling me that this woman has nothing hard wired into her system to hate Nigerians and non-Jamaicans at all costs is no friend of Nigeria or Nigerians.

She doesn’t stop there,

“There is no doubt that Jamaica faces challenges. But I travelled around Nigeria last week with a group of British MPs. This West African country is potentially much richer and more powerful than Jamaica could ever be. Yet, in certain crucial aspects Nigeria is in an even worse position than little Jamaica, and contemplating the Nigerian situation might cause even the gloomiest Jamaican talk show host to count their blessings.”

I honestly cannot believe she used Nigeria in such a way. Jamaica faces challenges by her own admission but instead of looking for solutions to Jamaica’s problems, she brings Nigeria in to distract people from them [Jamaica's problems]. Fellow Jamaicans, as bad as our problems might be, Nigeria is in an even worse position so we should count our blessings. Well Dianne Abbott, your message is identical to one with Jamaica’s worst interests at heart. It just hit me. While your beloved Jamaicans are being dazzled and bamboozled by Nigeria’s problems, you are back here in England a full MP with all the perks that go with the position and they are back home in Jamaica facing the music. No amount of sugar-coated niceties will bail Jamaica out of its woes. No amount of exposing Nigeria’s professional fraudsters will reverse the bad fortunes of Jamaica. If I were Jamaican, I would not find that comforting even in the slightest. What does she mean talking about the ills of one country that in comparison make hers look minor? Does that solve the problem? So lets say her private-school educated son starts going off the rails, all she will do is just mention that there exists worse people on the planet. How I wish that will be the case and do you know what I will tell her when the school kicks him out of school for unruly behaviour? Count your blessings. If catch my son up to no good, I deal with him - before I start finger-pointing at anybody else! If she has Jamaica’s best interests at heart then she should realise that this is not the time to for spin. I know she might have learnt from the best - New Labour - but Dianne, don’t you think all that time you spent writing about Nigeria would have been better spent pointing out at least one remedy for Jamaica’s problems. In all honesty, Jamaica was not enriched by her article but reduced to a nation that encourages finger-pointers when the shit hits the fan. Her ambition to distract is so great that she writes the whole article on Nigeria instead. At the end, she re-iterates her message to Jamaicans…

“Jamaica has some problems, but people who want to dub it a ‘failed state’ should look more carefully at other countries in the developing world with far more serious social, political and economic problems.”

Looking at other countries with “far more serious social, political and economic problems” will not solve Jamaica’s problems. I cannot even believe she had the confidence and courage to suggest such a lazy approach to a country’s problems. More so, attitudes like hers guarantee state-failure as solidly as old age and death. This sad excuse of a black person, an MP at that, in the United Kingdom of Britain and Northern Ireland, in 2006, sees nothing wrong in exposing her bus-stop stupidity, street-level intelligence, inability to rationalise, scars-of-slavery mentality and can still show herself in our house of commons. Lets look at her attack on Nigeria.

“Nigeria’s greatest blessing has been oil; but it has also been its greatest curse. It is the sixth biggest oil producer in the world. Oil accounts for 95 per cent of exports by value and 80 per cent of government revenue amounting to billions and billions of pounds. But the discovery of oil has been an ecological disaster for the Niger Delta (one of the most populous parts of the country) where the oil is extracted.

Shell and other Western Oil companies have, in collusion with successive military dictatorships, raped the region. Petrol contamination of the water table has made local water undrinkable. Farming and fishing grounds have been ruined and gas flaring in the Delta is cited as Africa’s single biggest contribution to greenhouse gas emissions.

It is symbolical of the brutally exploitative nature of the oil industry in Nigeria that the natural gas by-product (which other oil producers like Trinidad liquefies and markets) is simply burnt in giant flares which cause incalculable environmental damage.”

Then she has this to say about her beloved Jamaica.

“This compares with Jamaica’s experience with the bauxite industry where a more organised and genuinely patriotic civil society has been able to insist on reasonable environmental standards and some contribution to infrastructure.”

Apparently, this is all she says about Jamaica. Funny enough, I never knew Jamaica had Bauxite. Yes Nigeria has oil and there is corruption. Even Nigerians are the first to admit this. No Jamaican has ever told me of it’s Bauxite though. Besides, many other things come to mind when one thinks of Jamaica. Funny Miss Jamaica didn’t mention the word on everybody’s lips. Nigeria’s reputation worldwide is well known, her article doesn’t even touch the sides. Jamaica has a very similar reputation also and I am not talking Bauxite! I have to remind myself that I am not writing this to score points. Afterall Jamaica is a black country and if tomorrow Jamaica makes it to the top 10 in the league of nations, I will still be Nigerian and I will still be proud of Jamaica, be Nigeria still be corrupt or not. Why - because Jamaicans are black and so are Nigerians. Me thinks Miss Jamaica will not do the same! That defines her stupidity.

She wrote about other issues as well like unemployment, pollution, corrupt politicians, religious tension and even education. I will not go on critiquing every line even though the urge is there however let me share this one…

“In Jamaica, religion is generally a force for good. And Prime Minister Simpson Miller has called on the churches for help in nation building.”

And about Nigeria she says this…

“Nigerians are a deeply religious people with high levels of church attendance and a host of remarkable pastors. But religion has also been yet another cause of instability. Religious tensions between Christians and Muslims have caused periodic riots.”

Another crass assessment of Nigeria’s socio-political situation.

Is it only in Nigeria that there exists Christian-Muslim tension? She lives in London and last year we lived through the 7/7 bombings. What does she think that was all about?

Little does she know that Nigeria is nothing but a geographical area mapped out by the British comprising peoples of all sorts of tribes and religions. Can she show me any country on this planet with a tenth of Nigeria’s mix of people without its fair share of such tension? Yes Jamaica should count its blessing that it has nothing in terms of a rich mix of peoples, tribes or religions but if she is stupid enough to blame in on Nigerians, then she is so damned stupid. One of the by-products of multiculturalism is racial, religious, cultural tension. I would have thought her many years as an MP in Hackney - London would have taught her a thing or two. Richard Templar in one of his rulebooks says and Dianne confirms that, “The older are not necessarily wiser”. I agree.

Stupid Dianne Abbott doesn’t even realise but her even harbouring such ill will towards Nigerians - as a Jamaican - indicates that if she were Nigerian, she would have been in the thick of this other-people-bashing. She hates Nigerians already!

This goes on…

“In 2003, there was serious rioting in the Muslim north because of the staging of the Miss World Beauty Pageant in Nigeria. In February 2006, there were clashes between Christians and Muslims following the publication of the Danish cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad. Dozens died and the Anglican Primate Peter Akinola was accused of stoking inter-religious tensions. The rioting was the more remarkable because most Nigerians had not actually seen the cartoons”

A concrete indication that this Lucifer of a woman has it in for Nigerians. Christian-Muslim fighting is a world-wide issue and not unique to Nigeria. Wherever there are Christians and Muslims living side by side, there is tension. Saying that most Nigerians didn’t even see the cartoons is what I expect from her bus-stop stupidity. When “Satanic Verses” was published can she tell me how many people read the book? But yet it cause chaos around the world. Is she trying to tell me that all other places where there were riots that all involved saw the cartoons?

“On this visit I asked some educated Nigerian Muslim women what they thought of the 2003 incident in which a Nigerian woman had been convicted of adultery and under Sharia (Muslim) law was sentenced to death by stoning. They insisted that the procedure had not been followed correctly. (Apparently there had only been one witness and there should have been four.)”

Educated Nigerian Muslim women, notice how she is taking the piss out of you. Well she on the otherhand is a British-educated black politician and I didn’t even intend to slight education or politics in Britain.

“Whatever the educational challenges in Jamaica, you would be hard put to find women (however illiterate) who thought stoning a woman to death for adultery was correct.”

I need a very stiff drink. Emphasis on however illiterate! So if we comb through Kingston - Jamaica and investigate what happens to adulterous women, we will not find any funny stories. Jamaica must be the only country in the world where Adultery does not generate jealousy, crimes of passion, anger and of course, sometimes death [not nesseacitly by stoning] which is typical of all other human beings on this planet. When I was a Christian, one of the things I learnt - right or wrong - was that the Jews were the chosen ones, apparently its now the Jamaicans! Even the illiterates in Jamaica are always civil even when dealing with adultery! Besides, Dianne misses the point. That stoning she refers to is a religious practice. It happens in many other countries as well.

“And when it comes to corruption, Nigerians make Jamaicans, and every other nationality in the world, look like mere amateurs”

Nigerians make Jamaican look like amateurs in corruption. What do Jamaica’s make Nigerians and the rest of the world look amateurish at? Sorry, Louder, I can’t hear you.

In closing, let me further explain why this sad excuse of a black person got me so angry. Whenever you see her on TV she sits so large and full of herself probably because she is one of the few black people to have made it to the house [of commons]. She spreads such venomous vomit on Nigeria and Nigerians for reasons best known to herself. She already knows that there exists this under-current of mutual dislike between Nigerians and Jamaicans and all she has done is to encourage feeble-minded Jamaicans and Nigerians that there is justification for this cancerous disease.

Let me just name 2 Jamaicans that I admire so much because - unlike Ms Abbott - they managed to rise above dwelling in this racially crippling black-on-black quicksand and aspire to the rock-solid of black-African inter-dependence, hope, trust and progress. His Excellency Marcus Garvey and His highness, Bob Marley. Marcus could not stop talking about his famous “Back to Africa” mission and Bob Marley kept dropping tunes like “Africa Unite” and “Buffalo soldier”.

Of course these exemplary Jamaicans are both of different times, leagues and breeds. She acquires a position of influence and look at what she does.

I think I will stop here - for now.

Second Scramble for Africa

I am normally pessimistic about leadership and administration in African in general and Nigeria in particular, but reading this http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/africa/4949688.stm  filled me with much needed optimism for a change.
When it comes to good over-coming evil, right triumphing over wrong, civilization over anarchy, I like to call myself an optimist. But when it comes to the “going-ons” in African and Nigeria in particular, I always see myself reverting to the good old Pessimist.
Chinese President Hu Jintao has called for greater co-operation between China and Africa, during a speech to the Nigerian National Assembly.”
Now let’s look at this properly. China, soon-to-become one of the world’s economic heavy weights is seeking new ties with Africa. In my inner circles, I am almost alone in my very optimistic belief that there will be a Second Scramble for Africa. Reactions to this assertion range from indifference, nonchalance to outright loud laughter. When I ask why people do not share my foresight they point out to me that Africa needs more than a miracle for the west and other 1st world countries to consider investment. The second-scramble bashers point out high-level corruption, laziness, unprofessionalism, lack of infrastructure and many others factors making investment in Africa almost impossible. But with news that China has secured a $4bn investment in Nigeria should be enough to silence my critics.
“On Wednesday, 26th April, China secured four oil drilling licences from Nigeria in a deal involving $4bn in investment.”
I will say it again and again; China is just the first to start this second scramble. With America panicking at china’s every move to secure economic superiority, they [America] will follow suit – so will Europe. It will just be like every other phenomenon that has driven mankind; intelligence, nuclear armament, space travel, expansion, resources and cheap labour. We all saw how the quest for cheap labour created the tiger-economies in the seventies and eighties. The same thing is about to begin in Africa.
“Africa has rich resources and market potentials, whereas China has available effective practices and practical know-how it has gained in the course of modernisation, Mr Hu said.”
Exactly. All those debt-relief supporters out there, especially the Africans amongst you, it is Trade not Aid. China is setting the standard and hopefully it will catch on.
One thing bothers me though.
$4bn is not a huge amount by Nigerian standards. As poor as people in Nigeria might seem, as devalued as the naira might be, as dirty as Lagos and other main cities might be, as backward as people might be, as hungry as people might look, as poorly maintained as infrastructure might be, as over crowded as some cities might be, as un-roadworthy as most public transport vehicles might be, Nigeria has seen enough money come by way of oil-revenue to make even $40bn look like chicken change and still the country is so fucked up. Question is what stops this money from going the same way?
Nigeria is full of corrupt politicians and as long as the ideology of corruption is in place, no amount of investment from anywhere will raise the standard of living of the average Nigerian.
You see – the old pessimist has taken over.

Bird Flu in Nigeria

On the 8th of February 2006, Nigeria *officially* became the first African Country to be struck by the “deadly strain of the bird flu virus - H5N1″. It was detected on a farm in Jaji, near the city of Kaduna, by a paris-based organisation.

Trust Nigeria to be the first in Africa for even this. I am extremely concerned not only because I am Nigerian but because I know how closely people interact with their poultry in Nigeria. In fact in Nigeria, poultry in some cases becomes part of the family.

Another thing that worries me about the discovery of bird flu in Nigeria in particular and Africa as a whole is what I read see link..http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Influenza_pandemic..and I quote “The World Health Organisation warns that there is a substantial risk of an Influenza Pandemic within the next few years.

I have been following how Tens of millions of birds have died of H5N1 influenza and hundreds of millions of birds have been slaughtered and disposed of to limit the spread of H5N1.

It has been gradually spreading from Country to Country and when it becomes official that it can easily spread to humans I am predicting the worst pandemic since the 1918 spanish flu outbreak. In order of first outbreak occurrence it has spread from Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, Combodia, Laos, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Turkey, Romania, Croatia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Iraq, Nigeria, now Egypt and finally India.

It is however very comforting to hear that So far it is very difficult for humans to become infested with H5N1. Humans will only catch it if they have a lot of physical contact with infected birds, or, rarely, an infected relative; for example, no professional health worker has caught the disease. While H5N1 is mutating into variations which infect species not previously known to carry the virus, not all of these variations can infect humans. It may eventually mutate into a form that is easily transmitted from human to human.

When that becomes the case as I suspect it would very soon - not even the weapons of mass destruction could cause more damage.

At times like this - I wish I believed in GOD.
